Hobbies

Learning should be enjoyable at the same time that it is challenging. It is in the challenges students encounter that real learning takes place. I am most effective as a tutor/teacher when a student has the courage and willingness to work through their particular learning challenges. In this way students in the top, middle or bottom of the class find the most personal and academic growth and success. I have strong skills in communication and have an easy going personality. I take a collaborative, critical thinking approach to learning and teaching. I have worked with law students at the top of the class and those with learning disabilities. I take an individual approach and have been successful in helping students achieve their specific academic goals. Students have found me to be helpful with learning and study approaches, exam preparation, analysis of subject manner and effective writing.
